Error KYC verification pending, while updating wallet topup
Again same error after update -KYC verification pending on partner chargers . Solve this issue first pending since last one month. How can someone charge vehicle with this app if it is showing kyc verification pending while adding money to the wallet.
Not user friendly and no support
I bought VF-6 a few weeks ago. I could not register my car on the app. Nor did i get the required support. I have been struggling with this for several days now

Battery % updating charging % sometimes doesn’t work and shows inaccurate data.
Useless application in my mobile
I don’t know why Vinfast is promising and selling cars with free charging and free maintance and simple fooling customers. I have purchased Vinfast mpv7 and experiencing these situations ever since the day I got the vehicle and now they have removed free charging as well.

Poor performance and connectivity
Shows installing software for couple months now, most of the times car to mobile connection says service unavailable for no reason. The wallet feature has been introduced recently where topup itself is a glitch.
Very bad experience
The app worked for 5 days only then stopped working. I contacted many time to vinfast dealer service centre and customer care but nothing happened even after 20 days and now in my car the the profile is showing with other name and mobile number but no one is responding to correct it. And now app is not opening saying updation but not updating at all

Unacceptable and unethical from Vinfast
Connected car features were promised by showroom. But after installing and configuring, figured out that this is a totally immature version of connected car app from Vinfast, good for nothing. Occasionally shows location of car and later stops. Funniest part is other than finding present location of car, no travel history, atleast for the day. Vinfast has to go way long to develop the app.

Not an app at this age
First this app is very basic and not comparable to other EV company apps. Many features missing and gets disconnected from the car in 15 mins. So no remote function after that.
Second important, with the latest update (1-July-2026) free charging is not available which is promised till Dec-2029

App needs improvements
1. Connection with car get lost many times.
2. Many functions like switching on AC, Charging History and other options too don’t work.
3. Charging start button is not given. Suppose electricity goes down while charging at home and when it comes you cannot start again from the app.

The app is very poor , the features don’t work at all , too many glitches, shows unavailable service all the time , overall very bad service
