Get fit and Get Results

As I embark on my fitness journey, I was looking for an app that was motivating, easy to follow, has modifications and had a ton of workouts to choose from. Vinsity does it all!!! The workouts are all so different and for all levels of fitness from beginners to advanced. I love that you can get a good workout in less than 30 minutes a day. The workouts push you to achieve your goals, greatness and achievements. I look forward to my workouts everyday and have been getting crazy results from it! I love it! Def recommend!!!

Workout at home!

I’ve always been intimidated by working out in groups or at the gym, but I have to say, I signed on for the 7-Day free trial and I’m LOVING it. Vinsity gives me access to so many workouts right from my phone. I love that the workouts contain modifiers and instructions for proper technique! If you’re like me and want to feel more confident physically while being able to work out at home on your own schedule, then this is the app for you!

It’s more than an app...it’s a person!

This is a Coach who is accessible! He is the most knowledgeable and well rounded trainer I’ve ever worked with! Most trainers have their specialty, as do I, but Justin is educated on nutrition, physiology, training with health concerns, how to train a woman at different stages of life as well as being a strength and conditioning Coach! I trust his expertise!
