My friends and I have purchased many purses. I recently had a pendant fall off of a bag that I have barely worn. Their only option was to pay full price for a replacement. Disappointed in their customer service for as much as we pay for these “high end bags”.

The ODYSSEY is perfection in a crossbody. The Vintage Boho Bags Team knocked it outta the park.
So user friendly and VERY responsive when I didn’t see the Odyssey on their app or website. I was told I’d have to wait at least 7 business day for her to be made and then shipped. I’m happy to report I received my bag in less than 7 days total!!!!
