Damaged dungarees
I ordered a box of 25 dungarees and four pairs had to be thrown away because the metalware was bent and damaged.
I get the company see thousands of garments but basic quality checks should be had because this is ripping off small independent businesses who don’t have surplus money to waste on garments that they can’t do anything with.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR MONEY
They scam. Plain and simple. I wanted to change the location of my delivery literally an hour after and they took about a month to reply then they say they would issue a refund option but when i agreed I got no communication back and when I try to contact again I get ignored and this has been 4 weeks plus now. I seen the other reviews where they do not give you the right number of items. Honestly it looks like a sham with spotty teenagers behind desks not knowing how to twiddle thumbs let alone run a company properly. If you ever want a refund from this company just assume you lost your items, time and money as soon as you thought about the idea of refund. AVOID AVOID VOID

Their nominated haulier dpd has failed delivery 6 times, I have emailed VWS numerous times asking them to cancel and refund my order and now they are ignoring my emails

Very happy with my bundle. was the first time ordering was very sceptical but delivery was fast. Ordered on Thursday received my parcels on Saturday. Some really good jumpers and great quality that I received ! Overall really happy !
