Some services do not honor the discounts stated

My mom and I, purchased the 2019 savings card, through my daughter’s school in El Paso, Tx. I noticed, that whenever we present our cards to certain services or restaurants, they do not honor the discounts stated in the book or app. I have the app on my phone, just to make sure which places takes the cards. Your company should not have services on the app that don’t honor the discounts. Y’all need to seriously remove the places that don’t honor the discounts. I brought the card to save money, not to be denied at places that show up on the app but don’t honor discounts.

I have discovered that the app does not display “Deal of the Day” every 2 or 3 days. I also discovered that some places do not honor advertised discounts. Not sure if I will waste my money on the next VIP card.
