Some services do not honor the discounts stated
My mom and I, purchased the 2019 savings card, through my daughter’s school in El Paso, Tx. I noticed, that whenever we present our cards to certain services or restaurants, they do not honor the discounts stated in the book or app. I have the app on my phone, just to make sure which places takes the cards. Your company should not have services on the app that don’t honor the discounts. Y’all need to seriously remove the places that don’t honor the discounts. I brought the card to save money, not to be denied at places that show up on the app but don’t honor discounts.

I have discovered that the app does not display “Deal of the Day” every 2 or 3 days. I also discovered that some places do not honor advertised discounts. Not sure if I will waste my money on the next VIP card.

Why bother making an app if you can’t use it for its intended purpose. I registered my card but there isn’t a login button!

Worked fine with 2018 card. Got 2019 card, registered it and app is not working at all.

It keeps giving me message error or nothing at all . The point was to have digital access not the physical card. Very annoyed and very disappointed

Please update or fix glitches! I recently bought the 2019 card and the app won’t even let me register the card!! Very frustrating!!
Update app please
The idea of carrying a digital card versus a physical card was one of the reasons I decided to purchase the card, but the app is super glitchy. I registered my card with my contact information and it isn’t letting me login with my info to actually use the digital card feature. Even the desktop website isn’t user friendly and does not allow me to do any registration. Please update this app!

Digital card?
They must be able to use the digital app from the apple wallet app like any other app ex. Walgreens or Starbucks
App is horrible
Will not renew my card unless this app is fixed. Even after today's update (8/31) which says they fixed not being able to see the daily deal, I still can't see the daily deal. 👎🏽
Needs work
This app needs a lot of work you can't zoom into the map to see what's close by you for savings and when you search the categories the app closes every time could be very beneficial but needs work
Near me feature issues
While browsing the map for near me, it is impossible to zoom in to a decent size because the map automatically zooms out before you have time to see what's around you.

The category section is all in Spanish. I don't speak Spanish. Very frustrating. I don't see a place to change that either. It just downloaded that way.
