When I try to sign in to the app, I get a message saying server error?

I spent money on a bunch of points and I had to contact support because an “error occurred and now it says i missed the offers even though they never sent them. Still waiting on a reply
It works but doesn’t
It’s a good app when it works I have contacted the email provided when my skin transaction had an error it’s been 5 days and I still haven’t gotten my 4 skins and still have not been contacted back.
Empty cases
8 out of 10 cases opened were empty.
Didn’t get my skins
It says they will trade you your skins In 4 hours, it’s been 3 days and it still says pending. The only reason I give two stars is there first app works ok but still hard to get skins, don’t buy points like I did

So I do LOVE this app so much! I've got some skins from this but I do offers and most of the time I don't et the points I am suppost to get from the offer! Please fix this!
Waste of time...
Where is the proof that people are getting skins on this app? It’s not worth it to wait for measly 15 points everyday. And the offers are rigged too. They don’t give you points.

This app is complete garbage.
You earn points to open cases, the cheapest being 300 points. You might say, “oh that can’t be too hard” until you realize you earn low points from the daily spin. You get 1 measly point from watching a video, and referring people seems like a bad idea because we’re referring them to this... App. You’re most likely going to get some garbage skin out of the case.

You may not be able to open a single case without using a referral code. Not even a free video to get points daily. Devs should increase the points we get
Good but misunderstood
This one is NOT exactly like the original like the reviews say this app is for the people willing to put skins and money into the app so it has higher drop rates and sometimes more expensive skins. This app is app is just misunderstood, but if you are not willing to pay or add skins I don’t think this app is for you.

Cases cost a lot to open, and points are hard to get.
Why
This app is literally their first app just with jacked up prices. Don’t get this. Their original app is also terrible, and this one is worse. Random case on original app is 25 points and a random case on this app is 500 points. The points are equally hard to earn in both apps.
