I spent money on a bunch of points and I had to contact support because an “error occurred and now it says i missed the offers even though they never sent them. Still waiting on a reply

It works but doesn’t

It’s a good app when it works I have contacted the email provided when my skin transaction had an error it’s been 5 days and I still haven’t gotten my 4 skins and still have not been contacted back.
