The app shows a fairly real-time location for the driver, his name and phone in case there’s any issues. I’ve used VIP over the years and always have a good experience.

Whenever they have a high wait time and I have finished at the grocery store, they always make sure i am helped in a timely manner due to time sensitive items! I would recommend giving them a try!

What happened?
It used to work flawlessly, now I can’t even book a cab. I even tried deleting it and downloading the latest version...what happened y’all?
Awesome App
Way better than Lyft or Uber
Great app from a local family owned company
I was getting fed up with uber and when I saw Vip taxi had a new app, I had to download it. I used it tonight to get home from the bar and it was really easy to use. Taxi came right away and driver was very professional and courteous. I have found a replacement for Uber and deleted their app from my phone. Go VIP!!!!
