Scam fraud fake application
I wish I had read the reviews before placing the order. I paid in full by using my credit card and never got any delivery. No customer care number or address to contact. Just a WhatsApp customer care which keep saying that your order is in shipment and will be delivered soon. No other information about tracking number or shipping company name. It’s been 3 months but no delivery. Complete fraud. I request Apple to remove this app from AppStore.

If I could rate this 0 I would. They are the worst. I ordered from them 2 months ago and didn’t receive my order and they wouldn’t let me cancel. When I reach out to them they don’t answer. Do not buy from them
Bad delivery
Delivery is so bad and very weak I have one order takes more than a month and still didn’t get it yet the support answer me is all about customs!!! I did order many time from US and UK took me 2 week only !! I will never order from them anymore
Scam do not buy
They will take your money and not send you anything, their customer support is worthless I bought perfumes a month and half ago they took the money and never heard from them.
Fraud - Apply for CC Refund
I have ordered 3 perfumes despite several follow-ups and reminders they never delivered me anything. I check with my Bank. They said you can apply for credit card refund. Provide us with documents and proof of communication. So i finally got my refund after 1 month. Everyone should follow same process. Max time duration to use this option is 90 days from date of payment.

One of the worst experience ever
Unknown products and no limits for the shipping period . Always blaming the authorities .thats why they never type the estimated shipping time .... Really i never recommend it .now am trying to refund my money and no response also ....

I don’t know how this app is still on going. They are a fraud, I purchased a couple of perfumes 2 months ago and until today I haven’t received an estimated date and it is still in progress. When contacting them via WhatsApp I get a respond saying “you will receive it soon”. They don’t have an actual number to contact them or an email. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY THIS APP IS FAKE!!!

Bad experience
It will be last time to buy from this brand. Don’t ever try to buy from them , I asked them where is my perfumes on WhatsApp and they didn’t answer me 2 days ago. I don’t know what will happen with my money. The worst experience I had ever had.

Quality and delivery plus Customer Services
Very bad quality of perfume, the refilling of the bottle was the worst, very fake perfume, the bottle has scratches every where and leaking the perfume
Delivery was 28 days but the promised at purchasing was 8 days.
Customer Services has refused to cancel the order after 20 days of ordering with no delivery and was not responding on all the communications!!!

Fake perfumes
They send me other perfumes than requested, damage package and box ,broken bottle , bad quality and not original as they claim very irritated fragrance, and they don’t have those perfumes showing on the website they send any item from their head take care please .

I made an order in 17 May 2020 and it’s end of September now, I have never seen my order or got the refund for it, although I tried contacting the company via WhatsApp many times. They keep lying to me and stole my money. I don’t advise anyone to buy from them. Warning: FRAUD APP. I will report them to the bank tomorrow

This is the thieves app. More than two months ago, I ordered a perfume set and it didn’t receive me, when I contacted them they told me that it is not available !!! I asked for replacement perfumes or a refund. They did not get my money back and they did not ship me even the new perfumes !! I don't recommend it at all 👎🏼

Fake perfumes
I have bought 13 perfumes and paid around $460 for those perfumes from this app and once I received, I realized whole of the perfumes were fake and non of them is original.
They have written this is an original perfume but the smell and glass of the perfume is really different than original perfume.
In this app, feedback section is close for anyone.
I am as a buyer also cannot write my feedback in the app below the product.

They also do not return a product of refund money if you are not satisfied with a product.

June 17th: they said that the perfumes is out of stock!!??!!???
June 18th: I asked for a refund
June24th: they replied and told me that the refund will take about 20 business days
July 29th: I contacted them and asked them about the refund, and guess what! 20 business days
Also they stalled a lot and said we will check with the warehouse and they were expecting a shipment soon and other nonsense
Today is the 7th of August and still I didn’t get my refund
Note: if you see any positive reviews about this website it’s probably not true.
