Update
Before the update it wasn’t that bad, but through the years the products aren’t as good. I often find the price on Amazon being the same as what’s advertised on Vipon which makes the codes useless.
With the new update there’s no Amazon preview which is frustrating. Once I get the get I often don’t end up buying..

It changed..
Why did you change the app? You can no longer check the products out on Amazon before getting a code. There used to be a link to the product page on Amazon so you could see it before deciding if you want to get a code but that link is no longer there. So now if I want to check something out I HAVE to request a code.....even if I choose NOT to buy it. That's stupid since it takes a code away from someone who might actually use the code to buy. FIX THIS. If it gets fixed I'll update my review. Been a member for about 6 years....not happy now 😿

App glitching hard
Codes work 60% of the time, but sometimes the dealer is shady, the price is incorrect, or the code just doesn’t work. And now the app is saying I’m requesting codes too often, no matter how long I wait (even 2 days!) between requests.

July/Aug 2025 update is trash
Great app with some bugs (network error happens pretty frequently). Have encountered codes that didn't work and customer service is basically nonexistent but I have found some really great discounts on here.
Recent update removed ability to view an item on Amazon before requesting a code which is ridiculous. Put it back, guys.

Holding me captive
I have not used this platform and I received to many notifications for products I am not interested in. I am concerned about privacy issues. I keep getting a message to check my email address for additional steps to delete my account and it NEVER ARRIVES! 🤬😤😡 This how scams operate and I want out!!!! Now!!!!

I don't know how to see a listing unless I also get the code
I was thoroughly sick of shopping and quit for a few months, to the extent that I went without things I needed. Finally, I bit the bullet and came back here to check for deals. I noticed I can't just browse and decide later. That's annoying. I use Vipon because it’s simple, I don't have to submit receipts, and I can comparison shop. I guess I’ll have to comparison shop for a new version of these kinds of apps. <This ends the new review.

It works on the app and the website. I don't have any issues with Vipon as a company, and rarely have a problem getting what I requested. I think any issues are from the sellers, to wit: I’ve had difficulties determining if and when I should use a discount coupon. Once, I attempted to use both, but then the code didn't work. I’ve gotten both to work by using the code in the shopping cart and opening the product description page— hey folks! It’s not an ad— in a different browser, grab the coupon, open the cart, and occasionally it works. Sometimes, it doesn't, but it would be helpful if sellers explained how to combine their code and a coupon.
Often, the websites are peculiar in that they appear purpose-built for Vipon customers and not part of a store. Instead of describing the product, they provide dozens of useless keywords. Why? That never helps anyone and is irritating. Then, because it’s a strange listing, there are no reviews, and my questions go unanswered.
At least they’re not like the idiot sellers who claim they’ll send a reimbursement once they get a 5-star review.

New update = NO Amazon preview
Yep… this new update is horrendous! We used to be able to check item reviews, price, and availability with a direct Amazon link BEFORE committing. But now, you HAVE to request a code in order to see the item page. And there’s still an allotment on how many codes you can get. This is pointless, time consuming, and a huge waste of codes. I would average buying at least 1-2 items per day. Now, I haven’t bought anything since update. PLEASE PLEASEEEEEE FIX!! It’s been a week🥺

No way to preview item in Amazon
Vipon was great for many years but in recent months they have removed the option to first preview the item on Amazon when shopping on their web site. This week they have also updated their phone app to do the same so you cant even browse the item in Amazon first and read people's reviews. I've always felt committed to purchasing the item when I request the code, since the number of codes they used to allocate to buyers was limited. Now only by requesting the code can a person even see what is the exact product being offered on Amazon. (This might also affect the number of codes available to other users because of buyers changing their minds and backing out).
PLEASE REVERT back to the option where we could first Open/Preview in Amazon to help in our decision making process.

Worthless New Update
I don’t know what you did to the new update. Biggest mistake was allowing the update!!! Now I can’t just open item in Amazon app anymore, there is no more link to any product!!!!!
Non functional
I liked this app but one day it stopped showing me any products and became completely non functional. Any time I try to access product support it says my IP is blocked.
Long Time User
I have been using Vipon for years, long before they had an app. Vipon was one of a few different, but similar, sites I used that offered the same idea…Amazon coupons. Vipon was always my favorite and I was beyond excited when they came out with the app.
The items you’ll find on the app are sometimes very random. Most of the stuff is great and will have great reviews (sometimes it’s a new item that won’t have any reviews), but every once and a while you’ll come across an item that has poor reviews. That’s why it’s always a good idea to check the reviews before you purchase (with or without using Vipon). I like that they have updated the app to also include deals on Amazon and some of it is name brand, too.
When searching for items, you can sort by price, highest or lowest discount, and even newest items first. It has different categories to choose from or you can just look at all items from all categories at once. It also gives you the option to select items only Prime eligible (shipped by Amazon). I like this because I tend to not buy from 3rd party sellers (sold and shipped by seller) because of the hassle it can be to do a return through the seller. Returns on Amazon for Prime items (sold and shipped or just shipped by Amazon) are an absolute breeze because I can return the item to Kohls, without a box, and have my refund within 2 hours.
Since this app has Amazon seller promo (coupon) codes, you can use an Amazon gift card for payment if you have one on the Amazon app or website.
This app has no ads, no in app purchases, and no subscription fees…ever. I have purchased so much on Amazon using this app through out the years, and have returned just a small amount of things, quickly and painlessly.
Finally, I love that there are new items added every day. If you click on the item, it will give you a brief description, tell you how much longer the item will be on the app, give you the option to see the item on Amazon without getting a coupon, and of course, there’s a button to get the coupon. The coupon automatically copy’s to the clipboard on your phone. Once it copy’s the coupon code, press the button to go to Amazon, add the item to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Before the “place order” button, there is a button that says “add promo code,” click on that, scroll down, and paste your promo code in. Submit the code. It will tell you if the code has been accepted, then continue to check-out. Your new price will now show up. Then, place your order.
If you’re going to get more than one item at a time from the app, get the first code, add the item to your cart on Amazon, and add the promo code, then go back to Vipon for the next and so on. You can add as many promo codes to a single order on Amazon as you want. You don’t have to place separate orders for each item.
Some of the item’s promo codes on Vipon will work for all varieties of an item, if more than one option is available. (For example, the item comes in different colors or sizes.) and sometimes, it will work for more than 1 of the same item. (You’ll get the discount on both items, instead of just on 1.) However, sometimes the code will only work on select varieties of an item. (For example it will only work on 1 of the 3 colors available.) Either way, the products coupon page will tell you which and what selection/all selections it works for.
I love this app and will continue using it!

Don’t waste your time
Have not been using it to long only have got a few things most times deal are not valid, won’t work, or price is completely wrong now it’s telling me there is a limit I believe 200 lol if I bought 200 things in 30 days my husband would kill me lol so don’t waste your time on this app
Was working fine before update
The app was working until I did an update, then immediately after it stopped working. I keep getting a network error message.
Search function inoperable
This app has been great. I like the UI compared to other apps. Recently I have not been able to search for anything. it says Internet issue but I can load new deals on the main page without issue.
