App doesn’t show any books

When I ask the support team about the availability of certain books in their store. The support service was very bad and unprofessional. I’m very upset with your service. I’m gonna purchase my books somewhere else.

Warning About Fake Delivery Promises

Don’t buy anything online if they claim delivery within 1–2 days. It’s not true at all, and my experience proved it. Be careful so you don’t fall into the same trap.

Inconvenient

The worst online app I have ever used! buggy. cant proceed with any payment method. chat replies are too slow. I cant even add a new card after I deleted one. I dont know what happened to virgin, 2 years ago it was ok. now it's trash.

Bad app

The worst app a used in my life and I wish people see my comment before they download or even order anything from this app. I ordered from them in jun 27 and the date today is 8 July every time i ask them where is my package I still I didn’t receive it they don’t give me the right answer seriously the worst worst worst worst app ever.

Having hard time to get refund

I am having hard time to get my refund as your customer support seems they don’t have energy to listen or assist you they will just tell you it’s bank issue!!!

When signing into my login account, it is not working at all when I want to purchase an item. Please fix the app.

Very poor customer service for online sales. Delays in delivery and no proper communication with customers. Moreover, Aramex service is terrible, they don’t give any respect to customers!!!!!!

Log-in Timeout

It is very annoying to log-in every single time with an annoying captcha followed by SMS code. Just keep a Face ID option which is very secure enough.

order so late

i've been so patient for 8 days waiting for any email or msg from this shop.. and the contact number isn't working.. they dont reply in email as well.. its really frustrating i dont know how long i should wait more.. really really bad experience.. store experience in nakheel mall is very bad very bad customer service..not recommended branch.. very very bad service if i can only give 0 rate or negative i will

Why to advertise the product if it’s not available or before clicking put sign - sold out

Terrible shopping experience!

Ordered iPhone through the app from available products. They do not have proper tracking!
When I reached them on WhatsApp the next day they say it will be delivered in 2 working days, and after some time they message it is not in stock! Then why do they put them on the website for sale if you don’t have stock.
Disappointing at the first experience itself!

Bad discussion

Ur app needs an update to fix all these issues and customer support is too bad and takes so long to answer and the delivery takes too long also and i have to sign in every time i want to use the app

Do not believe a word they say

This place lies! They will even ruin Christmas. They promise 2-4 days for delivery then they go silent. When you query it they say “the warehouse is busy, sorry”. They couldn’t care less about you as a customer.

Rayan from customer service is the rudest, uncaring person on the planet. He has an attitude of “it is what it is, deal with it”. He will do NOTHING to try and help you or do his job and provide customer service. Rayan, you do not deserve to call yourself a customer service agent.

I used this app once, and never again will I ever use this platform again. I will stick to Amazon who have proved that they are leaders when it comes to service.

Goodbye Virgin, you will not see my money again.
