J’ai un Iphone 17 promax, il est donc HDR, et les 2 canaux de RDS qui diffusent en HDR me dit que mon appareil n’est pas compatible.
Meme chose pour mes 2 Apples TV 4k, je ne pourrai pas écouter la FIFA avec vous, je devrai changer de fournisseur

Finalement c’est bien cette mise à jour , une autre façon de balayer l’écran de droite à gauche pour sélectionner un autre poste.
TVA ne fonctionne pas et c’est un poste de base

Since we moved to virgin plus TV I can never watch a good show that it won’t freeze. It’s so frustrating. You will pay less but it’ll give you a heart attack from frustration.

Virgin TV app not supported in Apple TV 4k
I recently received a pop up message from my Apple TV “The version of Virgin Plus app you are using will be discontinued on March 31. To continue using the app, please update to the latest version Minimum system requirement: OS15.0+”. When I try to update the app from App Store, I got the message “Virgin Plus TV no longer available The developer has removed this app from the app store”. My Apple TV OS is version 18.1. My Apple TV model is A1842. Both OS version and TV model seem to meet the app minimum requirement. I have no problem with updating the app on my iPhone and iPad. I contacted tech support, I was told the developer is aware of it and working on a fix. Now we are in April, the problem is getting worse. I need to reboot to reset my Apple TV whenever the update message pop up as I could not exit out of the App store. I emailed to tech support again a week ago and no response. This is frustrating.

Disappointed
I was told when switching providers I would still have the golf channel. After switching this was not the case and was told too bad. I was also not told that I would no longer be able to record programs. Overall very disappointed but too exhausted to switch back.

Unreliable streaming and performance
This app is completely unreliable when streaming to my smart tv. I have to try over and over to get it to connect to my tv. Sometimes I get the ‘An unexpected error has occured’ message. Sometimes when I try to stream to my TV it will say that the program is blacked out even though I’m able to watch it on my phone and my TV and phone are on the same Wi-Fi. Many times I got 30 minutes into streaming a movie when the app just closed by itself and turned off. Sometimes when I pause a program and come back the app will close by itself as well. Sometimes I try to drag the slider to rewind to a certain point and it just doesn’t work at all. Overall if you are using this app to stream to your tv, be prepared for an overall poor performance.
