Doesn't work
I didn't experience any technological glitches, but the gastric band hypnosis just plain didn't work for me! What a waste of time and money!
Content Great. App Freezes
Every time I open the app it freezes. I have to power down phone and then turn it back on, so I wonβt lose progress. The App works again when I do that. It is a shame that a technical glitch is interfering with McKenna helping people.

His voice is mesmerizing!!!
I love this mans voice, it is perfect for hypnotism!!! I listen to this every single night, my only complaint is, i just wish there was an option to put the hypnotic gastric band session on endless repeat so it could play all night long, so my sub conscience can really absorb everything in that session. It is really helping me, I have been listening to paul for over two weeks now , and I feel better and better every day!!!
But PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE put the endless repeat option on the gastric band session!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then I will give it 5 stars!!!

Doesnβt Advance
I was excited to try this Gastric Band App. I completed Day 1 but the app did not allow me to start Day 2. Waste of money!! π€
Doesn't work
I really want this to work! I have seen Paul on tv and I thought he was great but I listened to the recordings without fail and at first I did my best to do as he said in the sessions. His words just didn't sink in. Maybe it will work on someone else.
Can't relisten to the introduction
I had a phone call come in midsession and I have to uninstall the app to go through the introduction.

Very easy to use and it works!
Use for relaxation
His voice and tone are very relaxing. That's the only reason I'm rating a two. As far as diet... does not work at all. Matter of fact, I gained 3 pounds the first three days using the app.
Tried twice
It did work for the first three days and became a big stress and ended up eating more. I tried one more week, started over and was the same. I think it should work well if you are strong enough. I tried the other app that takes 28days to the surgery day and this's been working quite well in fact. I've lost pretty much non with Paul's app, but the others, I already lost 10 pounds. So I'd say, as for hypnotic app, Paul's doesn't work really well.

App crashes/never works
App keeps crashing
After updating to iOS 8, the app keeps crashing when going to the menu.
It works!
Today is my eighth and final day of the program with this app. I've enjoyed it and right away I felt as if I had a lap band. I could only eat 1/3-1/2 of what I normally eat and felt satisfied. I love being able to eat what I want when I want as long as I'm hungry and it's easier than I expected to stop when I get full, even if it's something really yummy! I've lost 7 pounds so far and hope to finally meet my fitness goals without all the angst and suffering!
