I came to know about the app from my doctor recommended physical therapist Amruta Bhade. She has enabled me to use this app very effectively. I am amazed how illustrative this is and limitless features allow me to receive personal care as if i am with her getting the treatment personally.
Amazing Personalized Care!
Individualized care from a doctor of physical therapy on an easy to use app! I had a few things going on postpartum and the program I was given was extremely detailed and easy to follow. I looked forward to completing it every day and it has helped tremendously!!

Great PT!
I loved all of the personalized PT plans Ben created for my shoulder and knee injuries. This was a lot more successful and sustainable than traditional PT and I would recommend for anyone dealing with stubborn injuries!
Excellent Resource
I like being able to access my workouts and message my trainer all in one central location. It's great to be able to have everything all in one place and be able to get healthy wherever I am. The videos and explanations/narrations are exactly right. 💪🏼
Great App!
I love this app for my virtual physical therapy!! The app is very user friendly and is easy to follow. Having a virtual PT with exercises that I can complete on my own time is great! I can log on at any time and see my precious weeks as well which I love! What a great way to complete exercises!
Convenient
Perfect way to have physical therapy in the privacy of your own home on your own time and pace. No need to leave your home and deal with appointments and traffic. My therapist Cody is very professional, knowledgeable and compassionate and has been there for me when I have any questions regarding my injury or exercises. I always recommend virtual therapy to those I know that have needed it. Great way to heal ourselves without medication.

Fantastic PT App
This app is wonderful! I was dealing with some foot pain and due to my busy schedule, I really didn’t want to deal with trying to schedule in-person PT sessions. My Physical Therapist introduced this app to me and it has been amazing. We are able to connect throughout the day and at times that work with my schedule. I love having the workouts at my fingertips and accessible at all times. For me though, the chat feature is the best. I can send messages to let my PT know how things are going and even attach pictures. It’s been fantastic. I highly recommend this app. And I’m happy to repost that my foot pain is gone!

Virtual Health 360 Review
I’ve been using the virtual health 360 for some time now and it’s pretty easy to navigate. It’s simple and easy to find your assigned workouts and message your PT if needed.
Great for Virtual Physical Therapy!
I used VH360 to receive virtual physical therapy with Dr Todd Bushman. It was a wonderful experience. As a busy mom I loved having access to a knowledgeable PT in my own home. The platform is super user friendly and helped me receive tailored rehab virtually.

Horribly glitchy
I’ve been using this with my personal trainer for about a month. There are always issues. It won’t let me upload photos at times. Now it’s insisting I enter my phone number for two-factor authentication, but after typing my number in, I can’t get past the number pad to get to the “send” button.
