I was hoping this would be the answer to our organist shortage, however, is now so out of date it won’t play on my device

Downloaded the app. Looks good but when I click Buy Now option in iOS 26, nothing happens.
Not worth the download
I downloaded the app to try and see what the music would sound like but the only thing that is showing for me is the SMIB and nothing else. I can’t justify paying £69.99 for the full version as I’m not sure what anything sounds like. It shows on the pictures that the App Store that there is the Opening Ode etc but there isn’t it .

Functionality Missing
App should be able to link to your own songs in Apple Music iOS app asks for access but won’t add songs so the app is lacking functionality that’s been added by the developers but they don’t tell you this when you pay 70 quid for the app.
No Sound
No sound plays, so why even DL? I’ll write my own, thanks.

I purchased this for my lodge as we are struggling like so many lodges to get an organist, whilst the price is high to get a visiting organist for a couple of meetings would cost way above the price of this app.
It works well you can add alternative music, my only 2 problems is the So Mote it Be music is much to slow and the other is it is a bit fiddly to use the volume control on the iPhone 11 as it is to close to the swipe screen area.
Also no direct contact with developer.

Here’s your choice
Either you use in demo mode and get 10 seconds play time per piece, or you pay for full functional app. The kicker? $75 to register. No thanks

As you need to pay £70 to unlock the app it seems a tad expensive to say the least!!

They should tell you up front there is a cost for the app. Don't sneak it in after the download.

It's just a collection of sub-standard midis. Definitely not worth the ridiculous price for unlocking the full version.

Great but....
The opening and closing are so slow they become a durge and the 'so more it be' is too slow.
I'm all for decorum but is there any way of offering an update with slightly faster versions.
Overall a great app which I use in a number of lodges and orders.

The Cost !!!
Brilliant idea, needs to incorporate other Degrees and Orders, Royal Arch, MM, RAM by being more generic, take out the preset music and make as a user controlled app.
But the cost, staggering, if around £30, then acceptable, otherwise noooooo.

Unbelievably Expensive
The fact that it doesn't say how much it costs got my alarm bells ringing. Great idea, but £69.99 !!!! Good luck with that .... make it more affordable and the market will open for you im sure.. for now though ... I'll give it a miss 👍
Misleading
The app actually costs $99.99. In the free version you only get a 10 second sample of So Mote It Be regardless of what section you try to access. Expensive and misleading.

Too expensive. £69.99 is far too much to ask for what is essentially an MP3 music player.

Contrary to what the app says the buttons are still missing on my iPhone 6 Plus and all my operating system is up-to-date!
