Love VRC!
I have had no issues with this app. I use my watch to track my run and easily import it in two clicks to whatever challenge I’m using it for in the app. I haven’t experienced any glitches or anything. I love VRC, I’ve been a part of many virtual running groups and this is my current favorite. The events have fun themes, the medals are high quality, and the new run community is so encouraging. Love VRC!

Screen Goes Black
Great app until I tried to import activity. Now every time I open my current race the screen just goes black. This makes it worthless.
When it works it’s great. But….
Everything was fine with the app until it was updated. Now I am unable to log my progress and I keep getting reverted back to the App Store.
Frustrating Pace Results
Last year VRC did their mileage tracking with the Spark run app and, although I understand it’s perhaps easier to track and ship @milestones with your own app, this one is a downgrade from Spark. All of your challenges are for running AND walking, but there is no way to designate which I am doing within the app. Not a huge deal, except that the VRC app requires me to enter the time of my activity and then computes a pace. Obviously, walking and running have different paces—the result is a number that is completely meaningless. Am I a fast walker? A slow runner? It averages the pace of all activities to one figure. You should remove the pace tracking function or create an input for participants to indicate if it was a walk or a run or other activity. To not do so is a missed opportunity.
