Fabulous Photo-to-Art App!

Use VirtualPainter to turn ordinary photos into amazing works of art! Offers professional artistic effects I have not seen elsewhere. Explains the painting techniques briefly and offers tweaks such as foundation, color, focus, etc. (yes, the IAP's are expensive; however, I believe they are worth it). If you love modern art and tweaking your photos, you will love VirtualPainter!
