App confusing to use
Mixed Review
The data portion of the app has worked just fine and the price was good, however, we did purchase a phone number and talk minutes and were never able to make calls. The AI helper is fine for small questions, but try to get human help for complex questions and that is impossible. After this trip I will switch to a different service. I will never use this one again.

Data eSIM ok, VoIP has many problems, customer service non existent
Voice calls has many problems (bought numbers not working, outgoing calls fail for days). Costumer service is useless, you chat to an AI agent and a ticket is raised and then never anything happens.
Absolutely frustrating
Paid for this app because I was recommended saying it’s china Unicom but found it no help at all. Poor customer support and very hard to contact bnesim

Bad coverage, unstable signal, low speed, customer service takes ages to reply and when they do, don’t expect the problem to be solved

Difficult activation process and can’t call some numbers
I bought a US landline number for a month for emergency calls, but I couldn’t use it at all to call US numbers that has menus, so I ended up not being able to use the landline number at all. Moreover, the activation process where it requires you to send a picture of your id and a selfie of you holding the selfie is time consuming, frustrating and questionable. Stay away if you have any doubt.

Это какая-то непонятная, англоязычная и нафиг не нужная социальная, сеть, удаляйте ее, если поставили. И качайте другое приложение, у которого на самой иконке написано esim. Вот там да, вы можете накупить себе прекрасных электронных sim card (esim) и значительно экономить на мобильном интернете за рубежом. В моем случае минут через 12 выскочила ошибка в активации (а последствии я понял, что это норма тк активацию включил в РФ). При приземлении в Анталии повторно переключился на данную сим-карту и о чудо - тариф был активирован о чем я получил смс сообщение и стабильное интернет соединение! Всем добра!

Don’t use this app for any kind of eSIM card for calls and internet. Once you purchased it it doesn’t work at all plus there is no support center who actually can help you.. like non of them exist. For any travel countries
