Mixed Review
The data portion of the app has worked just fine and the price was good, however, we did purchase a phone number and talk minutes and were never able to make calls. The AI helper is fine for small questions, but try to get human help for complex questions and that is impossible. After this trip I will switch to a different service. I will never use this one again.

Data eSIM ok, VoIP has many problems, customer service non existent
Voice calls has many problems (bought numbers not working, outgoing calls fail for days). Costumer service is useless, you chat to an AI agent and a ticket is raised and then never anything happens.
Absolutely frustrating
Paid for this app because I was recommended saying it’s china Unicom but found it no help at all. Poor customer support and very hard to contact bnesim

Bad coverage, unstable signal, low speed, customer service takes ages to reply and when they do, don’t expect the problem to be solved

Difficult activation process and can’t call some numbers
I bought a US landline number for a month for emergency calls, but I couldn’t use it at all to call US numbers that has menus, so I ended up not being able to use the landline number at all. Moreover, the activation process where it requires you to send a picture of your id and a selfie of you holding the selfie is time consuming, frustrating and questionable. Stay away if you have any doubt.
