Не пришли деньги
Друг пополнил свой счет со своей иностранной карты и внутри приложения перевел мне 10 евро в локальной валюте BNE (1 BNE=1 €), чтобы я мог купить есим в Турции. Пришло сообщение о поступлении (транзакция есть в истории), но деньги так и не пришли. В чате отвечает ИИ, писал на почту и на вотсап, везде отвечает ИИ, сообщает, что оператор ответит и тишина уже почти неделю. Просто потерял 10€ и поддержки никакой. Даже здесь, наверняка, мне ответит ИИ и предложит на почту написать, и так по кругу)))

Ich benutze BNESIM jetzt schon seit drei Jahren und ich finde es großartig und unkompliziert. Es ist so komfortabel nicht im Ausland herumzurennen und nach einer Telefonkarte zu suchen. Ich empfehle es jedem. Kleiner Tipp schon kurz vor der Reise Paket kaufen, damit man gleich bei Ankunft auf die E-SIM umstellen kann und gleich hat man Internet.

Unreliable!!!!
Purchased a regional eSIM for Europe which worked fine in Hungary, Slovakia, and Austria; but as soon as we crossed the border to the Czech Republic I had no service. Once I crossed back into Austria, I again had cell service only to loose it once crossing into Germany. BNESIM’s customer service bot was no help, and despite assurances my case was being escalated to a human for assistance, I was never contacted. If you want a reliable eSIM, stay away from this app.
