No costumer support
eSIM won’t work, no costumer support to help troubleshoot this. Useless AI responses in lieu instead.
Not reliable
Not very reliable tried to set up for Turkey in July 2026 let me down at the airport. Which is vital. Said it was activated still didn’t work.

All my remaining data balance disappeared suddenly! Balance showed 0 data amount!
You DON’T get what you pay for
Offers one of the cheaper Esims so its natural to assume that it would be slower but it just does not work at all and the 24/7 live chat support is just some AI slop with no help. No real person to help with issue. Guess I just wasted around $10 for nothing when I could’ve paid $15 on some other Esim company that works.

Just downloaded yesterday, not only does it not work, I wasted money I can’t get back, spent more money on roaming fees because this app doesn’t work, and the “24/7 customer support” is just an AI bot that can’t answer even the most basic question. Do not waste your time, money or mental health with this horrible app

Unfathomable
I work in IT and I found installing an eSIM I purchased more complex than coding in JavaScript. Waste of money, just one click through my uk network provider gave me data in a non eu country, more expensive but at least it was simple and effective.

I liked that instead of going with one provider in the country you visit you connect to the closest tower for better service.

Einfach Daten buchen
Die eSIM funktioniert schnell und unkompliziert. In China auf der Rundreise wird man als Ausländer erkannt und WhatsApp funktioniert daher weiterhin (Google nicht, Bing und Apple Karten schon). Selbst in Norwegen mal schnell unlimited nachgebucht, weil mein normaler Handyvertrag „leer“ war. Der Preis könnte 3-4% billiger sein - aber dafür hatte ich mit der Billigkonkurrenz schon mal Aktivierungsprobleme, hier nie.

This is amazing. They offer eSims with no expiry and you can add/top up different countries and regions so you only need one eSIM. And the pricing is really competitive too, and you can use crypto for even more discount. Highly recommend!
