Poor customer support
I was visiting the Middle East, and the installed eSIM didn’t work, which caused a lot of issues at the airport. I ended up spending the entire day without any connection. I contacted customer support, but they were unable to provide any meaningful assistance. Overall, it was a really disappointing and frustrating experience.

eSIM won’t work, no costumer support to help troubleshoot this. Useless AI responses in lieu instead.
Not reliable
Not very reliable tried to set up for Turkey in July 2026 let me down at the airport. Which is vital. Said it was activated still didn’t work.

All my remaining data balance disappeared suddenly! Balance showed 0 data amount!
You DON’T get what you pay for
Offers one of the cheaper Esims so its natural to assume that it would be slower but it just does not work at all and the 24/7 live chat support is just some AI slop with no help. No real person to help with issue. Guess I just wasted around $10 for nothing when I could’ve paid $15 on some other Esim company that works.
