Looks like just what I need, but doesn’t work

This looks like everything I need in an app to integrate with Twilio, but I can’t even get in to the app. After making an account, it requires a verification one time password sent to your email and it fails to send every time so I’m stuck on the verification screen and never able to get into the account.
