Tragic

New update means that this app doesn’t work with my brand new iPad or old phone. Tragic really as conferences using this platform was good in the past

Terrible platform. Good idea but extremely unstable.

Used today as a paid sponsor to a regional event. Characters very hard to control and counterintuitive - inconsistent control. Frequently system crashes. Sounds fails continuously, so any conversation is interspersed with ‘can you hear me’ questions. In the space of a 40 minute presentation the system crashed twice, froze my laptop, had to move to an iPad, change headsets 2 and got knocked off sound/microphone failure leading to reset, 5x in the last 2 minutes of the slide set. Completely useless. By the time you reconnect or re-establish sound the point of the conversation is gone. Avoid this platform at all cost, it will only cause a negative perception on the part of your customers

This is not the sort of feedback we usually receive, but it is indeed very helpful to know that some users like yourself are having these types difficulties. We have designed the platform to be available from any device, but unfortunately there are a few devices with more issues than others. If you have a moment we would really appreciate it if you give us more details about your particular device you used to access the event so we can look into this issue in detail. The app could not be downloaded for iMac

“The product distribution file could not be verified. It may be damaged or was not signed”

This is the message that I get when I try to download....

Please fix promptly...

Thanks for your note and excuse our delay. We didn't see a notification of your comment. Our software is available in the Mac app store as you can see here and is compatible with Mac hardware roughly 7 years old. It's possible you did not go through the App store, your iMac does not meet the minimum requirements of our software, or your Operating System is out of date, as we know our software works optimally with macOS 10.15 Catalina or newer.
