Unable to register
I tried to regusted with card details , after giving password system is throwing error message like please contact support staff but no contact option is there to proceed

App seems very outdated and unable to sign up the account

Keeps asking to contact support and it doesn’t provide any details on support team, don’t bother.

It’s frustrating that this application is one of the steps required to organize your trips, holidays, and business travels. It feels like something from the Stone Age of the internet—outdated and inefficient. In reality, you gain nothing from using it except sharing your personal and card details, and in the end they will ask you to contact their poor customer service .

The app keeps asking me to update it in order to continue use it howe when I go to apple store I always find it up to date , hence, I am unable neither to use it nor to update it

It does not show the available lounges only the restaurant they have offers for this app and there is literally no options

Dont waste your money
Dont waste your money or time with this app. It’s terrible, almost no good lounges anywhere, only the worst ones are there and you would be lucky to find your required city. If i can give 0 stars i would.

Include more lounge in Saudi Arabian airports
I hope you can update and include more lounges in Saudi Arabia. The only lounge included is in Jeddah which is not accessible anymore to travelers. Thank you.

Bad Experience
