They charge money and then whatever slot they show you is never available. When you ask for a refund of the same, they say it’s against their policy. I felt it was more of a scam than a legit service. In over 20+ notification I didn’t see even one appointment and trust me as soon as I got them I quickly used my laptop to get online and check - with super fast internet, so there nothing more I could’ve done. Bad bad experience. Infact there one for free that allows you all to check live availability- visa catcher. Tells you all for free on the telegram app.

As soon as the appointment notification appears, I check, but it says there are no appointments. Either it gives fake notifications or it gives them too late.

SCAM ALERT - Charges $45 for "Public Information" only. Do not waste your money!
I purchased their Slot Notification Service for a Swiss Visa (VFS Global). It was a total waste of $45.
Useless Service: They provide ZERO real-time slot notifications. Instead, their support simply tells you that "everything is via the waiting list now" and that you have to handle everything manually. You are basically paying $45 for them to tell you what is already written on the official VFS website for free.
False Advertising: They claim to monitor slots, but even when I can manually see available slots in the VFS portal myself, their bot fails to notify me or provide any assistance.
Refusal to Refund: When I confronted them about the software not working due to the new VFS Waiting List system, they refused to refund, claiming that "sending a notification about the waiting list" counts as service. That’s absurd.

Not reliable for urgent bookings
I subscribed to get instant notifications for visa appointment slots. While the idea is good, it did not work well for me when I urgently needed a booking.
I responded immediately to multiple notifications each day - logging in right away and acting as quickly as possible - but no appointments were available by the time I accessed the system. This happened even when I was fully attentive to my phone and reacted within seconds.
Based on my experience, the success rate appears quite low unless you are prepared to monitor your phone constantly and try repeatedly over an extended period.
