Worst app ever

This is the first worst app ever I have used to track the status . It don’t give accurate information. The response from customer support is pathetic. I wouldn’t recommend spending even a single penny for this app

Much better statistics

I saw one thing where I was really impressed in this application. Was that how they are true to their data? I believe even it shows like a small number of cases but like at least it’s a real data not like a fake and it’s a current data that’s very important very very satisfied with this application

Doesn’t track your case

Looks cool. But doesn’t track your case. And sends multiple annoying notifications a day, please stop! I even disabled notifications in the app and yet I still get them. Uninstalling.

Thanks for the feedback — we’ve already addressed the notification issue in the latest update, and you should no longer receive multiple alerts in a day. About case tracking: the app *does* track cases once your receipt number is added correctly. The feathers are great. Updated news is very helpful. And isn’t that expensive the amount of feathers you are getting when you pay.

Finally an immigration app

I’ve been using VisaNova for a few weeks now, and it’s honestly become part of my daily routine. The app feels clean and modern, and the way it breaks down USCIS progress into simple stats and trends makes everything way less confusing. I like that it doesn’t just throw numbers at you — the “daily insight” and service center tracking actually help you understand where your case stands and what movement looks like week to week. Compared to other immigration apps I’ve tried, this one feels faster, easier to navigate, and way more focused on what people actually need.

That said, I do wish there were a little more explanation for first-time users on how some of the predictions are calculated, especially for different service centers. A short “how this works” section would make it even better. But overall, VisaNova is super useful if you’re waiting on a case and want something that feels reliable and not overwhelming. Definitely recommend downloading if you want clearer expectations and a better sense of progress instead of just refreshing USCIS status pages every day
