App Not Available in Nigeria: Critical Medical Gap
We are actively using the Visby Medical Women’s Sexual Health Device for STI testing, yet the required Visby Medical app to interpret results is not available in Nigeria.
This forces trained staff to rely on manual interpretation, introducing avoidable human error into what should be a standardized, automated process. The value of these devices is in accurate, consistent reading and reporting. Without the app, that purpose is compromised.
This restriction is unnecessary. The devices are already in use, and access to the app would directly improve accuracy and patient care. Blocking the app does not stop usage, it only reduces effectiveness.
Please review and remove this regional limitation urgently.

Great
Amazing easy instructions to follow step by step customer service answer quick
Very smooth experience
Was a little overwhelmed to get first get the package delivery. The app really calmed down my anxiety. It walked me through the steps so I didn’t have a chance to mess anything up. I got a little nervous when it said I was leaving the app to seek medical care options but that part ended up being smooth too. Overall it made a very stressful experience a lot easier so I really appreciated that.

Buggy app
The apps camera function will make it hard to submit to access test results. Customer service will tell you to repeat taking the picture over and over until the app eventually crashes. By no means is this customer service’s fault, this is solely faulty app development.
