First Scan
Took my first scan today. The information it contained was very helpful and surprising. I loved reading about all the different aspects of me!!

Visera Link is a wonderful tool to use for energy work as it shows the positive results that appear physically after doing energy sessions. I highly recommend it! Easy to use and can be done remotely do your client can comply without having to travel to your office. Perfect for today’s way of doing things.

Login is horrible
The old app used to keep you logged in. Unfortunately the new app makes you log in every time you use the app. It is not user friendly at all. 😡
Hard to share
This app is not straightforward. It’s complicated to share and so complicated to sign into your that some people give up before they even are able to scan. It has potential to be a great tool but the process needs to be much simpler.
Needs so much work! For $50 a month it has to be functioning.
I am giving this 1 star until it is fixed because it does have Great potential as a service to help people in their wellness journey.
I did not have a chance to use the previous version, however, this one for the $50 service fee does not work as I’d like.
Every now and then there are error messages popping up. Promised Pdf export? Does not work for me, just gives a message and nothing else. Tried to do the scan a few times on different people, restarting the app, the phone and it was impossible to catch the results, it wouldnt go through just kept saying “Measurement Canceled”. Definitely not a 1 minute thing.
The last couple of days I have been scanning super healthy folks, their reports come up way out of range and like 10-20 in range. Just stressing people out wondering if the technology is working or they are falling apart.

ZYTO link, app, customer service was way better
I have recently transferred my ZYTO info to Visera. In fact, the app just converted for me. My client accounts transferred over including my own. I try to use this app and scan, however, and it doesn’t let me. I keep getting a message saying I need to renew my license. Ok. How? There is no info on this on the app or help pages. I tried emailing. No response. I tried calling customer service. If I chose option 1 to discuss my current account I go straight to voicemail. And no response to my voicemail message. I then chose option 2 and then sit on hold for 20 minutes. Every 8-10 seconds the most irritating voice tells me “a Visera expert will be with you shortly”. Over and over until finally after 20 minutes of being on hold I am told to leave a voice message. And they have yet to reply. I tried calling ZYTO today and they said the link is not attached to them and all queries need to go through Visera. So they transferred me to Visera and again. On hold and that message grating at my ears repeating far too often “a Visera expert will be with you shortly”. Yes no expert ever pipes up and says hi and provides their expertise.
Fix this and call me back! What is going on with your customer support?

Not working
It gives network 500 error .not working and still got charged .2 months still not fixing the problem.
Worked great before
I was thoroughly confused when going to zyto to complete my monthly scan send by my upstream, only to find it completely changed, rearranged and scans from October 2023 to February 2025 missing or deleted from this new update. Now the upstream is having to call support to figure out the screw up.
Useless app
I downloaded the app and it’s not allowing me to Create an account. I can only “sign in” with email and password which i don’t have because I’ve never used zyto scanner or app. So this app is useless
When it works - Amazing!
We’ve only had about a 40% successful time scanning. The other 60% is spent watching it spin “loading results” only to never deliver the results. We’ve had the app since it came out. I wish I could recommend this app to my team but those rates aren’t acceptable in business at $50 a month for an app that only works 40% of the time.
Zyto customer service hasn’t been helpful at solving this issue. I have 6 team members with their own accounts getting the same results.
When it works, this app is incredible. It could truly be a game changer for customers and practitioners.

Amazing Wellness Snapshot
I can’t believe how fast and accurate this was!
Data from the scan matched with data my Garmin read at the same time. It’s amazing this technology can give an accurate snapshot just by scanning your face!
The app was easy to navigate. I liked how the recommended products showed which biomarkers it brought into range specifically; helpful if I want to focus on bettering a specific area. I love having something this helpful in my pocket!

So far so good
I haven’t had any problems with app as of now . It’s been pretty easy to navigate i just wish I understood the rating of the markers

Even after “successful” set up of email and password. Simply a bad.
Neat wellness tool!
This is a neat wellness tool! I love how quick and easy it is. There are some upgrades that I would like to see implemented but overall it’s a great app.
Does not work
This app does not allow my to log in with my zyto under name and password. I am unable to use this app
