Feeling Vindicated

It’s nice to see what you’ve been telling med professionals for YEARS! They can’t dismiss data.

Doesn’t work with Apple Watch

Doesn’t work with my existing equipment, I’m not buying another band or paying for a subscription. Waste of time and now I’ll have hundreds of spam
Emails for absolutely no help
For my disability at all.

Essential for managing a chronic condition

Visible has become a critical part of how I monitor my condition day to day. The HRV-guided breathing exercises help me actively calm my nervous system, and the real-time pacing alerts have taught me when to slow down before I overdo it — something I struggled with before. Being able to track symptoms and heart rate trends over weeks and months, then export a clean PDF summary for my doctor, has made my appointments far more productive. It’s rare to find a health app built this thoughtfully around actually living with a chronic illness rather than just logging data. Highly recommend to anyone managing a long-term condition.

A Life Saver

The best app to help those with chronic illness measure and record symptoms and applying pacing methods.

Game changer..One of the only apps I consistently use - couple suggestions please to consider

I cannot say enough about this app, truly the only way I get myself to consistently track my symptoms. The reminders help a lot. I never comment or leave reviews, only because I think this is so great. I have a few suggestions that I hope you could please take to the team to consider as I know you listen to us! 1) please can you up the word limit, we with chronic illness go through so much and I need some more space to write everything down. 2) can you have like a personal log system where we can write down all the acronyms we personally use for our own things and keep track of them. Like I want something to remember that SOB means shortness of breath, or what a “crash” means to me, things like that I can keep track so I don’t forget. 3) and most importantly, I would like to suggest a feature. Right now, for period it is checking off if you got it or now. I wonder if it would be possible to sync to our iPhone health app that way I can track period symptoms as well as ovulation. Since period does flare a lot of symptoms it is important to keep track but now I have to remember to log both apps since the health app tracks my period symptoms and flow. If this integration is not possible now I would like to also suggest a spot for better, more in depth period and ovulation symptom and flow tracking. Thanks for your
consideration.

So much easier

I can’t even begin to describe how much easier it is to pace while using the visible band, than without it. I found myself struggling with whether or not my body was ready to try more, if I was just time to rest. My visible band helps me understand how my body is doing and whether or not it’s time to take that risk. It also helps me remember why I may be crashing a few days later than the day of exertion. What a gift.

Amazing for POTs

This app is helping me so much to be able to figure out how much pacing I need to do and when to rest. In the past I would have pushed through and caused another flare but this app is helping me recover quicker.

Visibly Good Pacing

I’ve been using Visible for around a month now, and it’s been fantastic in helping me pace myself through the day.

Really helpful for pacing

Pace points can be affected by the beta sleep monitoring, but the app support is great in identifying and fixing this

Helping me understand and act on my symptoms

The app has extra symptom tracking options you can find in settings, having found those I find it very useful to start to build a trend but also to keep checking in with myself.

I hope to get the wearable and more detailed insights at some point but for now the informational videos are fantastic, the Podcast very insightful and if you do your part with check-ins the data important to my understanding and plan to pace.

Essential!

This app has helped me have better stability managing fatigue. Got me off the cycle of overdoing when I feel well and then having a flare up from overdoing. I depend on the notifications to let me know when my body is under stress even if I don’t feel it right then. I know to back off, take a minute to rest, breathe or even stop my tasks completely for the day. I have more good days than before by getting info from my body I had no way of knowing before wearing this device. Wouldn’t do without it now.

Exhausted

I would suggest anyone who has no idea why they are so sick and exhausted to get visible. I have been and still am tired but I’m learning how to pace myself. Before I had no idea why I was so tired or when I needed to stop and just breathe. I like that it tells you you’re going to have a bad day and maybe take it easy if possible. Those days I chill out now. Before I would try to get through it and then I would crash for days. I’m getting better at pacing myself but it takes time, especially if you’re like me and you don’t know when to stop. I think that was my biggest problem , not knowing when to just relax and pace myself . I’ve only been using it for a week and I’m already learning to take care of myself better so I don’t crash as much .

The band is 100% worth it.

It hasn’t taken my POTS away, but it has assisted in making it manageable for the first time in 15 years. Taking out the guesswork of where my body stands before the day starts and throughout the day, as well as how much energy I should use before it becomes detrimental has been life changing.

Note for the creator

I’m loving this app so far. I think having an option to choose the rating system for the symptoms would be nice. I’m sure some people enjoy the simplicity of the 0-3 rating system, but I’d really appreciate a 0-10 option that potentially could be customizable. Like I could impute 8 as “fever like fatigue”instead of the word “severe” or “moderate”

Very helpful device and app

This device has really changed my life. I tend to burn the candle at both ends until I crash for a week or more. This device helps me know when I need to slow down to avoid such long crashes. I have Inappropriate Sinus Tachycardia (IST) which is a dysautonomia condition related to POTS, but a lot less studied. This device has really helped me to understand my triggers and maintain my heart rate in a healthy zone.

Doesn’t work with tattoos.

I found out after purchasing the year app subscription and wrist band. They know it doesn’t work with tattoos but it’s not listed as a warning or incompatibility anywhere. They wouldn’t refund my app subscription fee or take back the wristband so I wasted a few hundred bucks. Seems like they should have some sort of a warning as many people these days have tattoos. Oh well. It may work for people without tattoos, I just felt like that was a little shady to have a known issue and not tell anyone and just to tell me “oh yeah sorry we knew about that.”

Wow, feeling seen and understood

Honestly it’s so refreshing to see a team of developers with lived experience helping those of us who feel devalidated and invisibilised on a daily basis. What I find most helpful is having a daily routine that keeps my health and energy front of mind, helping me avoid crashes and meltdowns. Thank you Visible!

Accountability at it’s Finest

This app is helping me stay accountable for where my energy is going. It helps me see how every day decisions effect my energy, more so than any other way I’ve found. This was worth the effort for sure.

Pacing Is Life

I recently started using my band and what a change. I can see when I am doing too much. Which allows me to adjust and rest so I can make it through the day.

Pacing for long Covid

Apps really helping me manage myself and has reduced PEM crashes. Just need to get the HR accuracy sorted.
