It was great while it lasted, but there have been no updates in 2 years (!?!)
Visibook has stopped working completely. Nothing loads even when going to their homepage, visibook.com.
That means I cannot schedule appointments or access my schedule. Nor can I contact “support” (I’m using that term very loosely; support has been minimal the past couple of years.)

Great app when it works
This app has been a game changer for my business this past year. However, lately it has been glitching and when I click to open it up it just gives me a white screen. This part is super annoying and inconvenient when trying to book clients in. Seems like other people have this same problem.
Love this app
Accidentally I removed the app from my screen, how I can put back the app on my screen . I don’t want to open it from setting . Thank you
Hit or miss
The app works good at times and then it will stop operating! This happens at any time and usually deleting it and reinstalling fixes the problem. For the past 2 or 3 days it’s not working at all! This is terrible for my business!!!!

Constant struggle with this app
At the beginning was great but now is a constant struggle to book, the app will freeze and have to do it all again. Every random day the app wont work and you will be blind from ur schedule. Two days now with app down and theres no way to contact a support team. Steer away from this one.

After the latest iOS update, Visibook opens but the calendar is completely blank. I’ve reinstalled and checked permissions.”

I really like this app but some times my app didn’t open or log out by his self, what is terrible because I can’t acess my agenda and see what time I have clients
Needs a major update
This system would have been good nine years ago even excellent perhaps. But in today's time, my customers and clients to find it to be more complex than anything. The UA needs to be updated. There's moments when the app crashes and you have to do everything from online. The app is not dependable
Essentially no customer service
If you have a problem with the app then, good luck. The only assistance is via chat. It says someone typically responds within minutes but I’ve waited days before!!
New Update giving me problems
So disappointed in their latest update, I am no longer getting SMS notifications and have reached out to them about this 9 days ago and have not heard back.
I choose visi book because it has always been wonderful for me for the many years I’ve used it. Unfortunately. I am no longer getting the text notifications that I rely on . This is urgent and I need to know how to get it restored !

A good app w/room for improvement
I’ve been using this app for many years now & do appreciate the cost and ability to use a platform to schedule and send clients automatic reminders. At the same time…The last few years I have noticed more lagging when opening the app (often a blank screen). It can be very annoying when scheduling with a client and we have to wait for the app to fully open or to close & open up multiple times. It happens on all my platforms regardless of internet connection. Also if there was a way via text clients can save a session to their calendar (not just via email) that would be great.

Private Tutor since 2017
This scheduler is excellent, I am using it since 2017. I am able to schedule my individual sessions and group sessions. The parents love the notifications 24 h before the sessions.
Just stops working
Every month or so it just Stops Working for days. I close it nothing. I check for updates nothing. Try to open without WiFi nothing.
Have to DELETE and Reinstall.

Horrible performance issues
Visibooks used to be good a few years ago but now we constantly have issues with the calendar freezing up, not loading and just generally sluggish. Sometimes it is down for hours and we are not able to serve our clients. If the owners of Visibooks would actually spend some time on fixing their calendar it would be good but for now stay away.

Used to work great
Visibook used to work great. Now not so much. Loading isn’t instant. Loading can take several minutes at times. Sometimes a Calendar doesn’t load. So you have to open/close it bunch of times. Some clients don’t get their text messages. It’s not good anymore. At $20 it should work. Period.
After 2 years, Guess Ill have to find another calender app for my phones and IPad Bummer…

App keeps crashing
I Ben using this app for about 2 years now but the app always crashes and it never loads anymore when I try to open it up. It’s making me consider finding a new app for my business.
Bad experience
The worst app, this app actually ruins ur business, always have some problems , be careful, most of the time I can’t open it
