They broke it. Ever since the update I have not been able to use it really. It worked fine before.
Words are all over the place text is overlapping. I really wanna keep track of my account, but it is very hard to do so. It has to text me a code to even get in it.
Terrible app
This app is all kinds of messed up. All the text is too large, random times of inaccessibility which is very aggravating after working and wanting to deposit a check or see how much money you have for gas. Makes me want to find another bank if it wasn’t for the amazing customer service
Useless
Easily takes upwards of five minutes to log in assuming the app doesn’t just hang indefinitely, at that rate it’s faster to call the bank and check your balance that way.
Flashy new UI at the cost of performance, a useless downgrade if your users can’t even log in.

Terrible
New app takes almost 2-3 minutes to open on most occasions. Then every time I look at a different account it takes another 45-60 seconds to open within the app. Doesn’t matter if on WiFi or data. Plus, when set your preferences on what opens on initial login, if only goes to the preset. No matter what I set it to. Very time consuming and frustrating. Old app was at least faster.

New app is easier to use, much more options for locating transactions and I can even make transfers to other institutions now! LOVE IT
5.0 update is awful
The new format with the 5.0 update is awful. Very difficult to navigate and rather plain and boring. What are you thinking Vision, big fail

When I try to log in it will load then close the app. WHY?
Needs work
Mobile check deposit does not work. Crashes a lot. Thinking about switching banks because they are not up to speed with the mobile aspect of things. 👎🏻

Started out working great. Now it seems to have a bug. Every time I try to click to look at a check image or deposit it crashes. Fix this and it will be back to five stars!!
