Can sign in on the pc no problem but am unable to sign in on the app as it is telling me the email/password is incorrect. Rubbish app. Deleted
Doesn’t work
So I have used this app for years ever since it launched, initially it was good, for the past year, I have contacted both the app admin and the VE but they haven’t resolved the problem I even send them a video of the problem. I get a shift notification and even if I click on it straight away (and I’ve done this multiple times) there is no shift, they dont post shifts, so it’s either it’s doesn’t work and they don’t have a good team to solve the problem or the regular locum gets access first somehow.
It’s very sad because I’ve been with this company since 2013 and I’ve enjoyed working for them as a resident and a locum and I love the stores I’ve worked in with no exception.

Easy to use
An easily accessible and to use app. Shift updates and availability 24/7 making it easier to plan the week ahead. Love the mileage and address indication and also the specifics of each practice in terms of equipment. Appreciate the reminders and notifications of adjustments to shifts.
