I noticed that with the 18.6.2 update, audio stops when the phone goes into dark mode.

Love this app! I’m on day 19 and am already feeling a shift in the way I respond to my emotions. This has affected the way I experience my day-to-day in THE best way possible! My perspective on seemingly mundane tasks like driving, responding to emails, and interacting with others is fresh and, dare I say, even exciting at times. There is a huge selection of meditation and mindfulness exercises to help me appreciate my present moment. Such a gift. I highly recommend!

Not a free app
I was perusing for something calming to read before going to sleep. I did put in FREE under filters. This came up and also did NOT say in-app purchase. I download and start to create an account. Next screen says, “$10 a month”. Nope.
Great app for mental performance
Uses concept of mindfulness to help separate emotions from reasoning. Opens up awareness of true inner purpose and supports efforts to achieve meaningful relationships and work/life goals. Best I’ve seen.
