Wont load
Truck broke down awhile back , bought a new phone re downloaded the app.. spent a ton on the command start and now they are saying I have to replace it(truck was sitting for 2 years) it’s on the 3G network.. was told to go on the app and click (replacement program) and it’s been loading for 30 minutes ... seems like it was a waste of money

Not impressed.
This app is absolute garbage. I can be standing 10 feet from the car and it will connect via Bluetooth and immediately say it is running. WHEN ITS NOT. Pretty crappy when it’s -40 out and I walk outside to see that my car hasn’t been warming up for the past 15-20 minutes.
And the fact that you have to pay to use this app is ridiculous. I dropped hundreds on the starter, I shouldn’t have to pay for the app. What a ripoff.

Zero stars
This starter hardly ever works. I would not recommend it to anyone. It’ll work for a few times then won’t again. Worst piece of crap ever! I have connected with support they just say it’s my phone provider lol
Waste of money
It works when it wants to. Which isn’t very often. It won’t connect to your vehicle half the time and even if it seems like it’s connected it won’t lock unlock or start the vehicle most of the time.Sometimes it will even tell you your vehicle has started which you will find out is a farce when you get to your vehicle

Terrible Service
This app hardly works. It has worked maybe one week out of two months. Please fix the app. We have all paid good money for this and it is complete garbage currently.

Can’t get the app to work
Did the last update and now I can’t use the app! 🤬 it opens for a split second then shuts off!

Not working
I have to keep deleting it and reinstalling it to get it to work a couple times, it’s been going on for a few days now, very inconvenient especially since its winter now
Latest version
As soon as I open the app with this latest version it crashes. Please fix this update!!! It’s cold outside and I like being able to start my car.
