Good and Bad
It was good to get all the tours in one place, but this app doesn’t provide any of the tours. They are only handing you off to another tour group. You can only find that in the fine print at the bottom of your email. Nothing on the ticket says where to meet, or what company you are going with.
In the case of the Beefeater tour of Tower of London, we couldn’t find the tour, so we joined another group. When we called Golden Tours about this, they told us we only had entry, no tour.
Go directly to a tour company and book with them. Use this app to generate ideas only, then book elsewhere.

Wrong info for tubes and buses
The ap needs updating with tube and buses info. As the lives are wrong. We followed this and ended up south of the river in completely the wrong place due to the information provided.
False Advertising
Visit London as a tour operator and ticket seller advertises a tour for Stonehenge, Bath and Windsor Castle but fails to mention that Windsor Castle is closed on Tuesday and Wednesday. It’s only after purchasing the tickets that it stipulates the closure and apparently Windsor has operated these closures for over 4 years.

Disappointed
Just downloaded this app for my upcoming London trip. Tried to set up my Itinerary however; it did not recognise my first two items (Gielgud Theatre and Horizon 22) so, gave up on it and found a different app.

Update tube Map
Hi guys nice app but you have to update the tube map with Elizabeth Line.
Great but Stat Current!
During my trip, your tube map was so much easier to maneuver than the official underground site’s. That said, you’ve had quite a while to prepare for adding the brand new Elizabeth Line to your map. I will be back soon and I will look forward to that update, thank you!
Obnoxious
Deleted this app before we even traveled abroad. Every time you open the app it plays an obnoxious jingle. So stupid and outdated. There is no way to disable this “feature” so it is no longer on any of our phones.
Promising
A promising app but needs regular updates to cover current restrictions. Example is Changing of the Guard timings. Should give links to other websites that will give up to date information such as

Needs to be more intuitive
Great concept but very limiting when planning an itinerary.
You can’t switch things from one day to another. You can’t add times of when you plan to do things. You can’t manually add any visits which aren’t listed to complete your day- for example, Hard Rock Cafe isn’t listed so I’d like the option to manually add just so it’s on my itinerary.
Would be great to be able to add notes.
Also need to add back up plans for rainy days/busy events etc.
Could be a really good app with a few functionality tweaks.

Too difficult to search travel options
Could use this app to find travel options between places because there is no options to search destinations by names.

I found this app so easy to use and very informative.

I love this app. It helps me decide what to do in London, weather it’s a cheap day or spending some cash.
