Updated Wiped 3+ Years of Data — Lifetime Member Ignored by Support
I’ve been a paid Lifetime member since 2023. A recent app update logged me out, and after following the prompt to create a password, my entire travel history (all saved countries, cities, and maps) was completely wiped. While "Restore Purchase" brought back my Lifetime status, my map remains 100% blank because the app created a duplicate profile that disconnected my original Apple ID data.
I submitted a support request on July 30th with full technical details (device, app version, user ID) and sent a follow-up on Monday. It has now been over 72 hours with zero response from support. Losing years of meticulously logged travel data due to a buggy update is bad enough, but complete radio silence for paying Lifetime members is unacceptable.
I will happily update this review once support responds and merges my original data, but until then, beware of losing your travel history with no customer support to fix it.

So you can’t even list places from the US. Thats the entire reason I downloaded the app.

BEST TRAVEL APP
By far the best travel app, I have been using this for a few years now and it keeps getting better.
It is more than a scratch off app, with all the different sections for culinary experiences, wonders of the world, national parks, museums etc.

Have to put where you live
Why do I need to put my home town, no way to skip. I want to use this app for one thing, not to have random people know where I live. Immediately deleted.

To all my fellow travelers who’re in need of a travel tracking app, this is the one, and that’s coming from someone who’s explored a lot of options. It’s my favorite way to see where I’ve been and start planning where I want to go. Free or paid, absolutely worth it!
On top of all that, the team behind the app is so kind and helpful! Even without all the app’s great features, their awesomeness is reason enough to get this app.

There is often a lot of double ups with the same name and place under the same category. Submissions should be reviewed before being added to avoid this

Good Review in Five Continents states. All outer southern regions by 3 regional. And another two regional areas in state Washington. Main state for me, Ms Shalaya Dawn Trump Porter.

Wouldn’t download
This app forces you to download, give an email and a password and sign their terms and conditions without offering their price options. Such an invasion of privacy. If your product is worth it why take advantage of people offering you access into their phone and their information.
