Pathetic refund policies
Online slots are being shown , false pictures of properties are being posted and when you visit the property, things are entirely different, highly unsupported staff and portal , for booking villas and luxury accommodations , please refer some other portal , strict no to this portal
Team is not cooperative
Team doesn’t sync with property management.. Property was booked offline and still we were able to book from stay vista..we didn’t checkin and team is not resolving issue..
Poor response
It’s been 7 hours after got a msg from the concern person regarding the property. The said property was not available and he (devanshu) asked to share the details of the other available property @2:57 and now it’s 10:25 almost 7 hours not received any response regarding the same. So irresponsible… never recommend to anyone such an unprofessional behaviour
