Does not connect to iPhone 11 at all
For some company that gets payed all this money from every law enforcement agency and can’t even make a usable app is ridiculous
Terrible App
This is a terrible app. We have several officers that cannot connect to their camera from the app. I’ve redownloded the app a dozen times. Still nothing. This is useless.
Cannot connect
I’ve tried every way to connect to my watch guard body camera it will not identify it in the WiFi
Very poor app for such a reputable company!
Issued watchguard body cam. Connected to my iPhone 10 twice to see what my body cam was looking at and to tag videos. You have to go through settings every time you log in which is ridiculous if you have the app on your phone. The app is extremely unreliable and time consuming just to tag videos due to having to set it up every time you want to use it! I have not been able to long back into app for a few days, they have a lot of work to do. This app should not be out until they perfect it.
