Phone number crash
When booking the default country code for the phone number is +91. If you try and change the app crashes. Cannot book a flight because the phone number is a required field. I am not an Indian customer with an Indian phone number.
Unable to register properly.
When you try to put your country’s mobile number prefix in, the app just shuts down,

Easily the worst airline app ive ever used
Constantly crashes, I couldn’t even make an account on my phone because entering my phone number crashes the app. Super slow. Doesn’t even save whatever flights you have so you constantly have to keep entering your PNR. Fire whoever made this app

Rubbish app
This is one of the worst apps designed for an airline. It’s functionality is quite useless. Nothing much you can do other than book flights and manage the booking. Hell, you can’t even view your boarding pass. Horrible UX design, poor navigation and much of the times, requests simply return errors. And this is supposedly a full service airline. The entire app couldn’t have cost them more than $5000 to make. It’s a complete disgrace.

I heard some good things about Vistara airlines but this app is beyond useless. It's as if they found and intern to do it. When. You see things like this all you want to do is steer clear of the business.
Review is for App not Airline
First time using Vistara and pleasantly surprised with the everything on the flights. The app and website don’t match though. Even getting basics like activating account, checking in, user experience etc is shocking. Vistara really need to sort this out these basic elements of an operating a airline.

Will Creasy during check out, and when you revisit the booking page the price has gone up.

The app is just a basic face of their web portal. I literally have to search my booking every single time to view it and it is annoying. The my booking feature should show my booking persistently with other options around it as this is a least requirement of an airline app. Please fix this app as many say the airline itself is quite decent and I agree with that.

Terrible app - it's just a front-end for the website
This is truly abysmal. It not actually an app, it's literally just a front-end to the Vistara website. There's no actual all functionality and by using the app there's no additional functionality. You expect an app to have better features, otherwise why not just use the website?

Got errors within the first 10 seconds of using this app, and the experience did not get any better. Very poor.
