Update: Its now been 10 years still using the App

It's now been 10 years since I started using the App. I have tried others but thay don't have what is needed for my budgeting each month. I still give it 5 stars. Guess I will continue using it as long as I live… Or it keeps getting updated?
I have been using Visual Budget on my IPhone for 3 years. For me it’s perfect for my needs. I keep track of all my banking information by inputting reoccurring bills at the beginning of each month. I know the total day by day as I input other transactions as I make them. It lets me know how much money I have in my account even before my bank let’s me know. So at anytime I can look and see how much money I will have at the end of the month to the penny. I would never dream of using another App. I have never had a single problem I love this App.

Very good
Awesome app. Exactly what I was looking for. My one wish is that the transactions would start with today and go to the future as you scroll down, not the opposite.
Best app so far
Been using this app for a loooong time - since 2018 or possibly earlier. Love the revamp look as interface looked old for ages. But I hope changes with the look won’t be too often. I wish it could sync with macbook apps so I can post entries from my macbook as well. Other than that, it’s a great app

Great app
Used this for years for one account & recently started tracking a couple of others. It’s a brilliant app. My only suggestion for an improvement would be to make syncing data between devices much simpler… it would be nice to be able to enter/edit transactions on my phone & my tablet, but I can’t be faffed with import/export of files - I just want all installed apps to automatically sync to the last updated version of the transactions record. Is this possible?
Edit: obviously not! The iOS 26 version doesn’t seem much different, save a new look. I’m finding that future & recurring transactions are dancing around on the dates, especially when I change the time on my phone to the local time of where I am (eg India last week & 27 transactions shifted by a day). Not the end of the world but it should be better.

Disappointed
Have been using this brilliant app for years with no problems at all, but the latest update makes everything much more difficult to navigate & read. It might be something to do with the latest iOS update which is a total disaster, but I wish I could revert back to the previous version of visual budget.

Очень много лет пользуюсь приложением, все устраивает. Но видимо после обновления пропал калькулятор при вводе новой операции, верните, пожалуйста! И еще хотелось бы видеть расходы в день, в приложении на маке такое есть, на айфоне отсутствует(
Great budgeting app!
I have been using this app since 2016 and it has been helpful in tracking my expenses and income. It is user friendly and the upgrade to pro is worth it. You get access to more features. This app is a keeper.

Great customer service
Been using this app for years. The recent update in the app brought a nice refresh, but in the process it made one thing a little harder to read. I submitted a suggestion to change in the app to support iOS dark mode and literally within minutes I got a reply that tell look into my suggestions. Within minutes again, they sent another email stating they will change the request I submitted along within a screenshot. Within 42 mins my suggestion has been heard and will be implemented on the next update! Besides being a super app to use to keep track of my expenses, it also has excellent customer service! Thank you for an outstanding job.

Intuitif et pratique!
Moi qui me lamentais de ne pouvoir faire ma compta que sur mon pc et les contraintes qui vont avec, me voilà comblé! Personnalisation des champs, multicomptes avec transferts inter comptes possibles, récurrences, graphiques synthétiques, elle vaut sans problème son prix tant son utilisation vous fera faire des économies!
À espérer pour ma part: une version Pc avec synchronisation entre les deux, et une vision à terme choisi de l'état du compte. En effet, si vous programmez vos récurrences le 15, vous ne le verrez qu'à cette date. Un affichage de solde de fin de mois permettrait de savoir de suite la part restante. J'ai contourné le problème en intégrant toutes les récurrences au 1er du mois.
Mise à jour fin 2025: dommage que l’application ne sache toujours pas exploiter les scans pour pré remplir les champs. Un ticket CB, date, montant, bénéficiaire, une ia basique n’a aucun problème à reconnaître ces champs et abreuver une base de données. Je suis prêt à payer en sus une mise à jour optionnelle pour cela.

iCloud export no longer works
It starts exporting then crashes back to home screen before uploading.

Tried several different budget apps and this was by far the best. Very easy to use. Lots of options. Extremely happy with it.
Still the most effective and simplest budget/cash flow app.
Been using Visual Budget for more than a few years now to manage my money. Once set up it is very easy to keep up to date, matching the bank account to the Visual Budget transaction list. If you do it frequently i’s a trivial task. For me, the most useful functions are the transaction list that keeps my spending close to plan and the future cash flow graph that I use to see how much float is going to be in the account and whether or not I can afford a purchase and how much I can extract to savings. Manual Backup to iCloud is easy. Would be nice if it was automatic.

Best App for Budgeting
I have had this app since July 2012. It has helped keep track of my limited finances. Absolutely love it. Had another one before this but this one has more options. I am happy it is not connected to my bank account. More private this way. I recommended it to someone else who also uses it. Best thing I did. I highly recommend a budgeting app to track finances, especially this one. Thank you for developing it.

I love than I can create several accounts to manage my expenses while creating a new group for savings accounts.

Très bonne appli de gestion de comptes bancaires que j’utilise au quotidien depuis plusieurs années.
Reflète très exactement le relevé de compte de ma banque, mais qui me permet en plus de me projeter en avant de façon à anticiper mes finances. Cette application est également visible sur iPad.
Depuis 2024, j’ai opté pour une autre application de gestion de compte. Je regrette en effet de ne pas pouvoir faire mes comptes à la fois sur mon ordinateur fixe (Windows 11) et mes iPhone et iPad. Cela est regrettable, car l’interface de visualiser budget est mieux que mon autre application.
Si cette modification était possible à votre niveau, je reviendrais vers vous avec plaisir !

Love this app!
I find this app extremely useful!! It helps me keep track of my spending and upcoming expenses!! And it’s SO easy to use! I don’t use a checkbook anymore, so this app is a must!!
As of 02/15/2025, I am having trouble with this app and I couldn’t find a way to get help. When I do a search on the Account page, it switches me to the Category page! To find a particular transaction that is several months old, I had to thumb through many entries to find the one I was looking for! I hope you can fix this problem soon!

Me simplifica la vida
Tengo diferentes cuentas y me gusta saber en qué gasto mi dinero. No lo hace automáticamente pero la transacción hay que entrarlas manualmente. Pero para mi cumple su cometido sin nada complicado y me gusta
