Horrible customer support and so many bugs and issues. Can’t wait to get rid of this company and their product. They don’t upgrade anything and never fix bugs.
Useless
When you click on arrival it shows departure guest names. Useless app.
Need some TLC
I see much potential in the VMPMS app but it needs a lot of TLC. For example, when you first log in, non of the dashboard tiles display until after you switch menus and tap the VM icon on the top right hand side. I wish that the app had many of the cloud web browser interface, so we can set up an iPad at the front desk instead of computers.

Just installed and works great. Remember to give yourself remote access.
Yield Management..
Why will it not allow me to use yield management? I have access and am able to adjust it on my desktop.
