Horrible customer support and so many bugs and issues. Can’t wait to get rid of this company and their product. They don’t upgrade anything and never fix bugs.
Useless
When you click on arrival it shows departure guest names. Useless app.
Need some TLC
I see much potential in the VMPMS app but it needs a lot of TLC. For example, when you first log in, non of the dashboard tiles display until after you switch menus and tap the VM icon on the top right hand side. I wish that the app had many of the cloud web browser interface, so we can set up an iPad at the front desk instead of computers.

Just installed and works great. Remember to give yourself remote access.
Yield Management..
Why will it not allow me to use yield management? I have access and am able to adjust it on my desktop.

Very Disappointed in Visual Matrix, thought you were better than this.
For a cloud based program that they kept promising and promoting that it could be used on your phone or tablet the app is about useless considering 99% of the time it crashes or won’t let you log in. As a promoter of visual matrix prior to the cloud based version I am thoroughly disappointed in this whole cloud based program app and system. Think VM would try to work hard on making the system work properly before we all decide to go with a different PMS.

Worst app
Needs lot of improvement
Does it works for iPad ?
I woks well on my iPhone 7 but when I try to open the app on my iPad (5th generation) it just blinks buy does not open, why?
Basic feature broken
Has option to Remember Me but nevertheless asks for login info on every launch. Mobile reporting is limited, but enough to keep you informed while on the move.
What a mess
0 star Make it useful then release it app. As it is it’s seems lime for my 8 year old son.
Keeps crashing now.
Load screen comes up for 2 seconds and quits.

This app is useless. Developer should come with feature which let us do inhouse list, arrival name, over credit limit report etc...
