No customer service
I was in the middle of a free trial when I found out that they were offering the lifetime plan for free if you signed up that day—and that day only.
Unfortunately, upgrading wasn’t an option; I’m assuming it was because I was using it during a trial period. I canceled the trial, but there still wasn’t the option to upgrade. I wanted to message them about it, only to find that there’s no customer service tab anywhere to be found. 😐
A contact option is one of the single most important tabs in any app, this is very disappointing.

No Apple Watch app
Apple Watch app is missing.
Not so relaxing
UI is incredibly annoying! Plus, it can't be used on an iPad Pro without turning it sideways. Popups, same questions over and over, and more. Fix this mess and I may be able to enjoy the visuals. Right now it's unusable for me.
