Not working / due to user error

Purchased the app and upgrade from free, to only figure out nothing changes from the demo measurements. Waiting a response from email! Not very happy!

Little difficult to figure out how to get to work, but once I did it is very easy to use.

I received a quick response, as well as a number of follow-up responses. I did get what I needed.

Not for me

After 15 minutes, I can't get numbers to fit my situation. Tread width is fixed between certain values and can't be manually adjusted and riser height is calculated automatically - not adjustable at all.
