Playback doesn’t work

Can’t ever get the playback to work. What good are cameras if you can’t go back and see what happened.

Old Terrible interface

This app is pretty bad and you can tell it hasn’t had any major updates in at least 4 years. I’m embarrassed when I have to show a customer the user interface. It’s not user friendly in the slightest and good luck trying to figure out how to get to simple features like playback.

App crashes on iPad

This app and my security cameras a complete disappointment. The software on a PC and this app are terrible. My installer told me that all surveillance software is written lousy. Hard to believe. Technical support has been bad at Visualint/SNAP. I am on a vacation and do not have access to any of my four cameras.

New version - poor release

Playback does not work. I verified with our IT provider and they agree that this version does not function properly. Come on.... Test your product prior to release.

Visualint app

The new app works just like the previous one. Playback on the app only works after the NVR is updated. Only the video recorded after the NVR update can be played back with the app. If previous video needs to be reviewed, you will need to do it with the Web interface as before. Hope this helps Bluesiana!
