What's New in VisualSound

1.0.2

August 8, 2026

This update is all about playing VisualSound wherever you are. PLAY IT FROM YOUR DAW MIDI from the host now reaches the instrument: load VisualSound as an AUv3 in AUM, Logic or any host, patch a MIDI IN into an oscillator, and it plays. The plugin now sounds while the host transport is stopped — press a key and you hear it, like any other instrument. FITS EVERY IPAD The interface adapts to the screen instead of assuming a 13-inch iPad: on 11-inch models the toolbar reshapes itself so nothing is ever cut off. Module editors (VYPER, KINETIC, SEQ, REEL, TIMELINE, the code editors) now size themselves to your display — no more clipped panels. iPad runs in landscape, iPhone in portrait, always. SMOOTHER INSIDE HOSTS The visual engine now runs a lighter graphics budget when VisualSound is a plugin — this fixes the frozen visuals reported on non-Pro iPads in AUM.
