No problems
I’ve been using this for about a year. I weigh in every few days. Scale is always connected, quickly records, and I love the info tracking. I’m very happy with the app and my scale, and surprised to see others having issues.
Slow and Buggy
I bought the Homebuds scale from Amazon and followed the directions to install the app. The app has been so slow and buggy to update and load the trends information. The app also does not show me any other features or things that are shown from the product app photos. It is simply just weight. Why has the app not been updated in over 10 months?!

Bluetooth connection won’t work.
I’ve tried multiple troubleshooting steps with no change. The app will not connect via Bluetooth to the scale. The help FAQs were not helpful, either.
Slow and data not processing
The app started to move slow in the last 2wks I have to stand on the scale twice to load information and then sometimes it duplicates the entry.
Not showing up detail information
Too bad, I was expecting it shows all information but it appears only body weight is there
Lost data and no app improvements
It seemed to work pretty well in the past, but lately something’s wrong with this app and it they’re managing to make sure that it still works well. No improvements. Or fixes? Right now it’s not even working correctly for my profile. All data is gone from the past.
Garbage
Don’t bother with the app. If you purchased the scale, then use it as a scale. Don’t believe in any of the bs stats they give you for muscle mass, body fat % etc etc..
Super slow trending feature
Like bro I know this is a Chinese app. But where is my trying to access the data from that it struggle to load a simple week and month trend. Brother that’s 7-30 data points for weight…?

Switching between different profiles seem to be difficult, it’s freezes and doesn’t respond smoothly. Can you fix this?
Toooooo outdated
I was so excited to get this scale but I hate this app. It keeps getting stuck on the trends page and doesn’t show me anything. When clicking into the different categories it doesn’t show me the info from other weigh ins. Also why can’t inches just inches. Why does it have to be converted to feet and inches. Truly doesn’t make sense. Just very buggy. Very slow. I wish I could use the scale with another app.
