It's perfect for me

I got this app years ago but have only now begun to use it. It does just what I need it to do and, thank goodness, no more. I just turn it on, breathe along with the waves and concentrate on the orange ball. I love this app.

After the last update i could no longer use the App with my old device. However, in the meantime I’ve now got a new device & now the Respiroguide works perfectly for me! I’ve been using it for about 5 yrs. Excellent stress reduction tool!
