About

Vitals Care is your personal health companion - built for people who take their health seriously. Track your vitals, understand your trends, and walk into every doctor's appointment fully prepared. All your health data stays on your device. Always. TRACK WHAT MATTERS Monitor vital signs including: • Blood pressure (systolic & diastolic) • Heart rate • Blood oxygen (SpO₂) • Blood glucose • Body weight & BMI • Body temperature • Respiratory rate • And more Set personalized schedules and get reminders to record readings at the right times. Never miss a measurement. YOUR AI HEALTH ASSISTANT Vitals Care includes a fully on-device AI assistant — no cloud, no subscriptions, no data sharing. Ask it anything: "What does my blood pressure trend mean?" "Which foods help lower blood sugar?" "When should I call my doctor?" The AI uses your actual health data - your vitals, lab results, and medications - to give answers that are relevant to YOU. SCAN LAB REPORTS Photograph or upload a PDF of any lab report and the AI extracts all results automatically. No manual entry. Results are saved to your profile and factored into AI answers and trend analysis. APPLE WATCH SYNC Readings are auto-filled from your Apple Watch via Apple Health. Blood pressure, heart rate, and more appear instantly - with a smart indicator showing whether your watch is currently worn. TRENDS & INSIGHTS Beautiful charts show how your vitals change over days, weeks, and months. AI trend analysis spots patterns and gives plain-English summaries - no medical jargon. EMERGENCY ALERTS Set up emergency contacts. If a reading falls outside safe limits, Vitals Care prompts you to send a pre-written alert via SMS - with one tap. BUILT FOR REAL LIFE • Medication tracking with dose reminders • Symptom journal with mood, energy & pain tracking • Doctor-ready PDF reports - share with one tap • Nutrition & meal logging • Dialysis treatment log • iCloud Drive backup & restore • Full dark mode support YOUR PRIVACY IS THE FOUNDATION Vitals Care is built on a simple principle: your health data belongs to you, and only you. • All data stored locally on your device • AI runs entirely on-device - nothing sent to servers • No ads, no tracking, no third-party analytics • No subscription required to use core features Sign in with Google only to sync your profile across your own devices. Your readings, reports, and AI conversations never leave your phone. NOTE Vitals Care is a personal health tracking tool. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace professional medical advice. Always consult your doctor for medical decisions.

What's New in Vitals Care

1.1

May 6, 2026

Here's the full bug list from v1.0 that were fixed in this update: Apple Watch / HealthKit Blank white screen on iPhone 14 Pro Max when adding a vital — The HealthKit permission dialog was triggered automatically on screen load. On some devices it rendered blank with no escape. Fixed by lazy-initializing only when the user taps the watch button, with a 15-second timeout and a "Skip" button. Dashboard / Schedule Tapping a missed schedule slot opened a time editor instead of a log form — The slot press handler showed a time picker to change the schedule, not to log the missed reading. Fixed to navigate to AddReading with that slot's time pre-filled. Onboarding / Setup ProfileSetup navigation crash after completing setup. VitalsSetup had no Back or Skip buttons — Users were stuck if they wanted to go back or skip vitals configuration. Added Back and Skip navigation buttons. ScheduleSetup had no Back or Skip buttons — Same issue as VitalsSetup. Added Back and Skip buttons. Auth / Account Demo data leaked into real accounts. Dialysis Screen Location field showed no visual error on submit — Submitting without a location only showed a snackbar. The field itself gave no indication of what was wrong. Fixed with red error styling on the label, quick-select buttons, and text input.
